Returns & Exchanges

At Luminox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
